Belarus: money will direct on payments of extra charges for agricultural products

24.03.2007 14:16 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) — The means allocated from the Belarus republican fund of support selkhozproizvoditelej in 2007 as extra charges to procurement prices of agricultural products, will be directed on purchase of fertilizers and means khimzashchity plants. Such decision contains in the decision of ministerial council from ¹286, have informed journalists in the press-service of the government of republic. On the basis of the specified document the Regulations about the order of payment and use of the means allocated from republican fund of support selkhozproizvoditelej in 2007 in the form of extra charges to procurement prices of agricultural products are already developed. Thus selkhozorganizatsiyam to Belarus as extra charges to procurement prices of agricultural products it will be paid 516 billion Belarus roubles. From them 80 billion Belarus roubles it will be directed on purchase of means of protection of plants, the others 436 billion Belarus roubles — on payment of fertilizers to spring sowing and calculations for got earlier tuki. As the extra charge of a facilities(an economy) will receive on 70 thousand Belarus roubles on each ton of the made milk of basic fat content. It on 10 thousand Belarus roubles for 1 t is more, than the enterprises received in the past to year. Besides the extra charge for KRS, except for the young growth delivered for manufacture of meat products of a children’s feed(meal), and KRS meat breeds is stipulated. For all agriculture which deliver young growth KRS for manufacture of a children’s feed(meal), the extra charge in the sum 870 thousand Belarus roubles for each ton of the realized meat instead of 835 thousand the Belarus roubles paid earlier is established(installed). Extra charges on pork have remained at a former level — 150 thousand Belarus roubles for 1 t production. The government stimulates also facilities(economy) to manufacture of the forages rich with fiber (lyupina, peas, viki fodder), — the extra charge on each realized ton of the given cultures will make 150 thousand Belarus roubles. For a potato for industrial processing selkhozorganizatsiyam will pay the extra charge at a rate of 150 thousand Belarus roubles for 1 t. And on leguminous, fodder cultures and a potato for industrial processing in March-May advance payments of the sums of the extra charges calculated proceeding from their annual volumes planned to realization are made. Final settlements on payment of extra charges on production of plant growing are carried out in August-December in view of actual volumes of its(her) realization. Extra charges to procurement prices will raise(increase) a material interest of facilities(economy) in increase in volumes of given production and compensate a part of the expenses connected with its(her) manufacture. However, unlike the last year, in the governmental order it is strictly specified, where and on what purposes the means received in the form of extra charges, — only on purchase tukov and means khimzashchity plants will be directed. In opinion of the deputy chief of central administrative board of economy of the Ministry of Agriculture and Alla Lomakinoj’s foodstuffs, such target use of extra charges will allow facilities(economy) to be prepared for a spring sowing campaign better.
