Government to control State Food Reserve sugar availability/storage conditions

Government is going to inspect availability/storage conditions of sugar purchased in 2005 by Agrarian Fund for State Food Reserve, reported Agrarian Fund press-service. As to report, Ministry of Agrarian Policy, Ukrainian Main Controlling and Auditing Administration as well as Agrarian Fund have formed joint groups due to Cabinet commission. As to press-service, within this year Jan Controlling and Auditing Department of Agrarian Fund has checked up sugar (purchased in 2005 for State Food Reserve) availability and revealed 2,318 MT sugar stock shortage on Kirovograd/Cherkassy regions companies warehouses. Due to that, Agrarian Fund appealed to Procurator-General Office to verify these facts and give juridical assessment of these companies officials actions. In 2005 Agrarian Fund had purchased 25,000 MT sugar for State Food Reserve.
