Rada registered completed 2007 draft State budget to adopt in second reading

Verkhovna Rada has registered finalized version of draft Law «About Ukrainian State Budget for 2007» to be ratified in second reading, reported Rada Informational Department. As to report, draft State budget stipulates overall Budget incomes 5.4% growth, up to UAH187.4 milliard (incl. General Fund up to UAH149.1 milliard/Special Fund UAH38.3 milliard). As to draft State budget, overall Budget expenses are up UAH8 milliard, incl. State Budget (without interbudgetary transfers) up UAH3.8 milliard/local Budgets up UAH4.2 milliard. As to Informational Department, draft State budget stipulates as well beer excise duty growth from UAH0,27 per liter up to UAH0,31 per liter (motor petrols from EUR30,0 per 1,000 kg up to UAH42,0 per 1,000 kg). Draft State budget also stipulates diesel fuel differentiated (depending on sulphur content) excise duty introduction. As to draft State budget, spirit, alcohol drinks, tobacco products and some kinds wine products (cognac, brandy) excise duties will be raised since 2007, while excise duties earlier raised for imported wine products will be cancelled.
