16 regions Sept butter prices up 0.5-12.7%, to UAH11,36-18 per kg

Sept retail sale network butter prices have grown to UAH11,3618 per kg (up 0.512.7%) in 16 regions shops and simultaneously dropped to UAH11,515,12 per kg (down 0.31.7%) in 5 regions shops against Aug, reported Ministry of Economics. As to report, Sept most expensive butter (UAH18 per kg) was sold in Sumy region shops, while most cheap butter (UAH11,23 per kg) was sold in Kharkiv region shops. As to Ministry of Economics, within Sept butter prices lifted to UAH10,4414,26 per kg, up 0.49.1% on 19 regions markets as of Aug; butter prices have simultaneously declined to UAH11,1615 per kg, down 0.83.6% on 4 regions markets against Aug. Sept maximal (UAH15 per kg) and minimal (UAH10,44 per kg) butter prices have been registered correspondingly on c. Sevastopol and Lviv region markets. As to Agro Perspective earlier report, this Aug retail sale network butter prices had declined to UAH11,2216,39 per kg (down 0.49.1% against this Jul) in 15 regions shops; simultaneously, prices had grown in 8 regions shops (to UAH11,4917,53 per kg, up 0.14.3% as of this Jul). As to Agro Perspective, this Aug butter prices had risen to UAH10,6115,3 per kg (up 0.16.5% as of this Jul) on 14 regions markets and simultaneously fallen to UAH10,2513,99 per kg (down 0.17.8% against this Jul) on 9 regions markets. 2005 butter output had boosted to 117,330 MT, up 2,945 MT (+ 2.6%) as of 2004.
