Each sugar beets’ cultivation and sugar output season has its specifics; but in any case, now the Gnidavskiy Sugar Plant managers plan their work and put markers for the new season,
Ukrainian National Association of Sugar Producers says referring to Plant Chief Olexandr Nikishin report.
«This spring has been dry, and so the sugar beets’ sprouts have become rare, what made the experts make forecast for the sugar beets’ crop to be down 30% against last year. However, within this summer, it started raining, so the sugar beets’ condition has bettered,» he told.
As to him, as of last year, Volyn region had achieved a record high sugar beets’ crop; however, even within this year, Gnidavskiy Sugar Plant will receive the sugar beets’ lots for processing just 8% down against last year.
It is to be admitted, the Plant managers affirm they are ready to work as much as needed to reach high results, since the managers understand that the work of the agrarians who had harvested these sugar beets must be duly estimated.
In meanwhile, the Gnidavskiy Sugar Plant business partners affirm that within many decades of their mutual work they have never had any misunderstandings, and that is why they are confident that the Volyn region will have enough sugar this year.
