Rada adopts Ukrainian 2018 State budget

As of yesterday, the Verkhovna Rada adopted at second reading and as a whole bill No. 7000 on Ukrainian State budget for 2018, Ukrinform reports.
As to the report, a total of 273 peoples deputies voted for the decision late on Thursday.
Reportedly, the document foresees the following macroeconomic figures for 2018 GDP growth at 3% and inflation at 9%. The minimum wage, as to the State budget for 2018, should grow by 16%, to UAH3,723.
Reportedly, the document provides for budget revenues for 2018 at UAH913.613 milliard (incl. general fund revenues at UAH839.837 milliard and special fund revenues at UAH73.776 milliard). Budget expenditures for the next year are projected at UAH988.634 milliard (incl. general fund expenditures at UAH906.65 milliard and special fund expenditures at UAH81.984 milliard).
The exchange rate of the USD was set at UAH29.3.
As to the report, it is also known that the Cabinet laid down three scenarios of economic development within the budget resolution for the next three years. The first one predicts GDP growth of 3% in 2018, 3.6% in 2019, and 4% in 2020. As to the Cabinet, with the active introduction of economic reforms, the more likely optimistic scenario, with 5% GDP growth, may work. The pessimistic scenario foresees GDP growth at 1.2%.
