President announced appointment of Igor Rainin to post of Presidential Administration Head

As of today, within the session of the National Council of Reforms, President Petro Poroshenko has expressed gratitude to Borys Lozhkin for his work at the post of Head of the Presidential Administration and informed on the decision to appoint Igor Rainin new Head of the Presidential Administration, President Petro Poroshenko Press Office reports.
As to the report, Poroshenko has praised Igor Rainin work at the post of Kharkiv RSA Head: «Those who were in Kharkiv could see radical changes in political and economic sphere».
As to the President, Kharkiv region is a good example of successful implementation of decentralization.
«I think it is a right decision to appoint the representative of eastern regions to this post. Being an efficient manager, he will use his experience in the implementation of both decentralization and reforms,» Poroshenko has said.
As to the report, the President has informed that Borys Lozhkin will chair the National Investment Council. For the efficient functioning of this Council, we must find people with huge political experience and opportunities to organize efficient coordination with national and foreign business.
«Borys Yevgenovych meets these criteria. It is hard to overestimate the role of the key manager and communicator in such an important issue as attraction of investments,» Poroshenko has emphasized.
The President added that Borys Lozhkin would remain his Advisor.
«We have gone through the most difficult period together. We have ensured the beginning of reforms and we will ensure their continuation,» Poroshenko has stressed.
