As to the report, yesterday the Ukrainian CEC (Central Elections Commission) canceled the second round of mayoral elections in Pavlograd, citing the fact that allegedly after the first round according to updated lists the number of voters was less than 90,000. it is to be admitted, due to the Ukrainian law on local elections, the elections are to be held in two rounds in the city where the number of voters exceeds that amount.
