Ukrainian Gov takes necessary measures to secure appropriate and timely harmonization of national legislation with Acquis Communautaire

Presently the Ukrainian Cabinet has adopted 119 implementation plans targeted at harmonizing of the Ukrainian national laws with 167 acts of the EU law, Government Portal says referring to Danylo Lubkivskiy, the Ukrainian Prime Minister’s Advisor, report at a briefing on Fri, Apr 17.
As to the Advisor, at its recent meeting the Ukrainian Gov had approved a number of implementation of EU laws, inter alia in accounting and audit.
As to the report, the Gov affirms that implementation of these laws will facilitate introduction of simplified financial reporting and reduction of regulatory control for small-sized enterprises. Instead, requirements on disclosure of information for large companies and public companies will be strengthened.
Reportedly, the Ukrainian Government has adopted 119 implementation plans to harmonize national laws with 167 acts of the EU law. It is to be admitted, the total amount of laws to be implemented by Ukraine through 201417 within the framework of the Association Agreement with the EU is 180.
«Hence, the speed of adoption of the implementation plans is sufficient,» Lubkivskiy stressed. «The plans are never adopted to remain just on paper, but to be introduced in life, so the Gov will review the implementation of these plans,» he emphasized.
