Ukrainian, Polish Presidents discussed wide range of issues

As of today, the Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has held negotiations with the President of Poland Bronislaw Komorowski, who is on an official visit to Ukraine, President Petro Poroshenko Press Office reports.
As to the report, at the beginning of the meeting President Poroshenko has noted that within the visit of President Komorowski, a huge number of issues is to be discussed. It is an evidence of intensive dialogue between the two countries.
Thus, in particular, the parties are to discuss joint initiatives on the invitation of the international peacekeeping mission to Ukraine, prolongation of sanctions against Russia, usage of Polish experience in power decentralization, military and security issues, as well as the Eastern Partnership Summit in Riga.
As to the report, in his turn, Bronislaw Komorowski has thanked Petro Poroshenko for the invitation to visit Ukraine and the opportunity to make a speech in Verkhovna Rada. Also, he has reaffirmed friendly attitude of Polish nation to Ukraine and willingness to support our country in difficult times. As to the Polish President, friendship between our countries is based on common historic experience and common interests, inter alia, in the security sphere.
