Ukrainian May 23 grains export totaled 31,107.000 MT

As of May 23, Ukrainian grains export totaled 31,107.000 MT (incl. wheat 8,893.000 MT; maize 19,565.000 MT; barley 2,297.000 MT; others grains 352,000 MT), Government Portal reports referring to the Ukrainian Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food operative data.
As to operative data, as of May 23, Ukrainian sea ports’ elevators contained 721,000 MT grains (incl. wheat 350,000 MT; barley 65,000 MT; maize 286,000 MT); besides, 299,000 MT grains have been already loaded to ships.
Thus, as of May 23, volume of Ukrainian exported and ready-to-export grains totaled 32.1 mn MT (incl. wheat 9.3 mn MT; barley 2.3 mn MT; maize 20.0 mn MT).
In meanwhile, as of May 23, Ukrainian domestic market demand prices for 2013/2014 MY harvest grains were: 3 class wheat UAH1,7902,900 per MT (6 class feed wheat UAH1,6102,800 per MT). Prices varied depending on regions.
As to Ministry, as of May 23, Ukrainian domestic market food/feed grains average prices were: 3 class wheat UAH2,397 per MT (feed wheat UAH2,258 per MT). At same time, barley average price was UAH1,926 per MT (maize UAH2,087 per MT).
