Arbuzov: Government makes everything possible to evade economic recession

As of now, Ukrainian Parliament and Government have a common task: to evade economic recession and worsening of the citizens’ life standard, Government Portal says referring to the Ukrainian First Vice Premier Serghiy Arbuzov report made during the Verkhovna Rada coordinative council meeting.
«Our main goal now is to implement the measures on economy activation, improve the taxation and investment climate, bring the legislation sphere in accordance with the European standards. Only on this condition can we become equal with the „weight category» of the EU countries," Arbuzov admitted.
While speaking at the meeting, Arbuzov also said that now Parliament and Government have a common task to evade economy decline and fall of citizens’ life standard.
Therefore, First Vice Premier stressed Ukrainian authorities are to enact all the mechanisms to become certain lest Ukraine’s moving forward should bring it to economy’s significant problems.
Arbuzov pointed out that among those over 80 draft laws which the Parliament is to examine during this plenary week, about half had been prepared by the Government.
He also said the Government is ready to accept the constructive critics, but only on condition if it is directed towards the benefit of the State, economy and citizens.
