G20 "St Petersburg plan": towards deoffshorization of world economy

The G20 summit which will open in St. Petersburg on Thursday, September 5th is expected to lead to the adoption of the so-called St. Petersburg plan for the development of global economy, Voice of Russia reports.
Russia has come up with a proposal for multilateral and automatic exchange of information between the G20 member countries, which means a real revolution in international taxation.
The «Saint Petersburg plan» is the result of the work done by a team of experts of the «financial Group of 20», which includes the finance ministers of the G20 member-states. While meeting on the sidelines of the G20 summit, the world leaders will have to exchange opinions and give instructions covering approximately from 14 to 16 directions.
