Agrarians Jan grapes sales down 20%, to 130 MT

12.03.2010 09:12 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) — As to State Statistics Committee report, in Jan 2010 agricultural companies have shortened grapes sales to 130 MT, down 32 MT (- 20%) as of Jan 2009. As for Jan 2010 grapes sales structure, agrarians have sold 15.4% total grapes on markets; 84.6% were sold through other trade channels. As to report, in Jan 2009 companies sold 162 MT grapes. As to Agro Perspective earlier report, in 2009 agricultural companies raised grapes sales to 206,504 MT, up 24,271 MT (+ 13.3%) against 2008. As to Agro Perspective, in 2008 agrarians had sold 182,233 MT grapes (up against 132,700 MT in 2007).
