AT Cargill net profit up 3.6%

Within 2009 CJSC AT Cargill (one of Ukrainian grains/oil crops market biggest operators) has got UAH568.257 mn net profit, up 3.6% against 2008, reported CJSC AT Cargill press-service.
As to pres-service, within 2009 CJSC AT Cargill financial assets have shortened to UAH2.417 milliard, down 8.7% against 2008.
As earlier reported, within 2008 CJSC AT Cargill got UAH548.446 mn net profit, up 2,7 times as of 2007; within 2008 company got UAH4.226 milliard net income from sales, up 24% against 2007.
Cargill (international supplier of foods and agricultural products/services) has been functioning in Ukraine since 1991.
In 1995 CJSC AT Cargill constructed hybrid sunseeds production plant in Donetsk region; in 1997 mixed fertilizers plant started working in Maryinka district (Donetsk region), while in Apr 2000 new sunseeds processing plant was launched near Donetsk.
Reportedly, in 2005 CJSC AT Cargill bought out from Chumak integrated property complex specializing on crude sunoil production in Kakhovka (Kherson region).
