22 regions Jan butter prices up 1-24.2%, to UAH40,59-49,55 per kg

Jan 2010 retail sale network butter prices have lifted to UAH40,59–49,55 per kg (up 1–24.2% against Dec 2009) in 22 regions shops and simultaneously declined to UAH36,8–44,54 per kg (down 0.8–3.3% against Dec 2009) in 2 regions shops, reported Ministry of Economics representative.
As to representative, Jan 2010 most expensive butter (UAH50,02 per kg) was sold in Chernivtsi region shops, while most cheap butter (UAH36,8 per kg) was sold in c. Sevastopol shops.
As to Ministry of Economics, within Jan 2010 butter prices have grown to UAH36–52,5 per kg, up 1.1–52.2% as of Dec 2009 on 22 regions markets.
As to report, Jan 2010 maximal (UAH52,5 per kg) and minimal (UAH36 per kg) butter prices have been registered correspondingly on c. Sevastopol and Kharkiv region markets.
As to Agro Perspective earlier report, Dec 2009 retail sale network butter prices climbed to UAH37,1–50,02 per kg (up 2.1–30% against Nov 2009) in all regions shops.
As to Agro Perspective, Dec 2009 butter prices had mounted to UAH33–44,57 per kg (up 1.4–25,2% as of Nov 2009) on 26 regions markets.
