It is to be admitted, while speaking within the Congress opening, Trofimtseva has said that the programs of the State support to the domestic agroindustrial complex are to be consistent, transparent and focused on those sub-sectors that can give impetus to the development of the entire agroindustrial sector. As to her, the development of the domestic livestock sector requires long-term investment and is among the priorities of the Agrarian Ministry for 2019.
«Since early 2018, the Agrarian Ministry introduced such a targeted State support to the domestic livestock sector. So, this year, State subsidies for the domestic agroindustrial sector will total UAH3.5 milliard, incl. UAH1.4 milliard for livestock development (both for agricultural companies for the cows’ keeping and for individuals for the young cattle keeping,» she stressed.
As to her, the State support also stipulates UAH250 million for cheapening of the purchase of breeding stock (in part., heifer calves and cows). «To attract investments into the development of cattle husbandry, the State support provides cheapening of the animal farms’ construction or reconstruction (carried out both for the agrarians’ own finances and for the loaned finances). For these purposes, the State support provides UAH1.8 milliard,» she admitted.
