Ukrainian grains export almost 6 million tons

Since early this marketing year (MY, started as of Jul 2018), Ukraine has exported almost 6 million tons grains, incl. wheat — 3.2 million tons (food wheat — 1.9 million tons\feed wheat — over 1.3 million tons), barley — almost 1.4 million tons and maize — 1.2 million tons, Department of Phytosanitary Security, Seed and Planting Control of the Ukrainian State Service for Foods Safety and Consumer Protection reports.
As to the report, as of last MY similar, Ukraine exported 6.6 million tons grains, incl. wheat — 3.5 million tons (food wheat — 1.7 million tons\feed wheat — over 1.8 million tons), barley — almost 1.8 million tons, maize — 1 million tons.
Besides, since this MY beginning, Ukraine has exported 1.08 million tons oilseeds, incl. rape — 1.03 million tons and soybeans — 0.05 million tons; as of last MY similar, Ukraine exported almost 0.8 million tons oilseeds, incl. rape — 0.7 million tons and soybeans — almost 1 million tons.
