Bad weather leaves 129 towns, villages without electricity

Adverse weather conditions have left 129 populated areas within Ukrainian seven regions without electricity, Ukrinform says referring to the Ukrainian State Emergency Service report.
«As of Mar 1718, bad weather conditions (snow, wind gusts) caused blackouts within 129 populated areas within seven regions, in particular: Zaporizhzhia region - 40 populated areas, Mykolaiv region - 35, Dnipropetrovsk - 17, Donetsk region - 10,Kherson region - 3, and Kirovohrad region - 2,» the report reads.
As to the report, the emergency teams of Oblenergo have started to make the necessary repairs to resume the electricity supply.
