Ukraine, Turkey hold talks on cooperation development

A delegation of the Ukrainian Government, headed by State Secretary of the Ukrainian Ministry of Economic Development Oleksiy Perevezentsev, held negotiations with a delegation of the Government of the Republic of Turkey on concluding an agreement on development cooperation, Ukrinform says referring to Ukrainian Ministry of Economic Development and Trade report.
«As of Nov 89, under the chairmanship of State Secretary of the Ministry of Economic Development Oleksiy Perevezentsev, the negotiations were held on the conclusion of an agreement on development cooperation between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Turkey. The delegation of the Government of the Turkish Republic was led by Mehmet Parlak, the chairman of the legal department of the Turkish Cooperation Agency (TIKA),» the report reads.
As to the report, within the talks, the parties noted that the signing of this agreement would create legal bases for the establishment of the Office of Program Coordination in Ukraine with the aim of developing a fruitful cooperation in the economic and social spheres between the governments of the countries. As a result of the negotiations, the parties agreed on the text of the draft agreement.
