Groisman: We are interested in domestic farming and agricultural machine building development

As of today, while speaking within A Question Time for the Government at the Verkhovna Rada, Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groisman has said the Cabinet, within the framework of implementation of the Ukrainian agrarian sector support programs, thinks it expedient to continue and strengthen programs aimed to stimulate the development of farms (in part., within the livestock sector) as well as the expansion of domestic agricultural machine building, Government Portal reports.
«The development of the agricultural sector is singled out as a priority. And this was enshrined in the draft budget. We under no circumstances support will support any oligarchs, we back exceptionally domestic producers of high-quality agricultural products,» Groisman stressed.
«We need to support small and medium-sized businesses in rural regions. Thus, we have made comprehensive steps seek to support national farming, livestock complex, and agricultural machinery.
I want people within rural localities be employed as well as to see competitive and inexpensive Ukrainian products on the stores shelves,» he added.
