Groisman: Ukraine-Lithuania trade turnover can reach US$1 milliard

As of today, while speaking within a meeting with Viktoras Pranckietis, Speaker of the Seimas of the Lithuanian Republic, in Kyiv, Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groisman has said Ukraine and Lithuania can achieve a mutual trader turnover of US$1 milliard a year, Ukrinform reports.
«The level of bilateral trade is quite high. We’d like to set the goal of reaching 1 billion of annual trade between our countries, which is absolutely possible,» he noted.
It is to be admitted, the Republic of Lithuania is the largest trade partner of Ukraine among the Baltic States. Within this year first six months, the trade turnover reached US$432.6 million (incl. export US$185.1 million, import US$247.5 million).
