Ukrainian President started an official visit to Turkey

09.03.2016 13:51 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) — As of today, the Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has started a two-day official visit to Turkey, President Petro Poroshenko Press Office reports. As to the report, at the beginning of the visit, the Poroshenko and his wife met with the representatives of Ukrainians and Crimean Tatars who live in Turkey. Reportedly, today the Ukrainian President will have a meeting with the President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in a narrow circle and take part in the fifth session of the High Level Strategic Council between Ukraine and Turkey. As to the report, following the session, several Ukrainian-Turkish documents will be signed. Following the meeting between the Presidents, a joint press conference is scheduled. Reportedly, the visit agenda also provides for the meeting with Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu and Speaker of the Grand National Assembly İsmail Kahraman. As to the report, on Thurs, March 10, the President will meet with leading business representatives of Turkey and give an interview to the Turkish TV channel TRT. The Ukrainian President and his wife will also have a meeting with the Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew I.
