Ministry of Agrarian Policy initiates allocation of additional UAH130 mn from 2006 Budget for agricultural equipment 30% compensation
07.04.2006 10:29 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) —
Ministry of Agrarian Policy has initiated allocation of additional UAH130 mn from 2006 State Budget in order to enhance means planned for 30% compensation of agrarians purchased agricultural machinery, reported Ivan Demchak, First Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy.
As to Demchak, Ministry has already elaborated necessary proposals and passed them over to Government (to be further directed as draft Law to VR).
As earlier reported, people deputy Oleg Petrov had proposed VR to enhance financing of 30% compensation (stipulated by 2006 State Budget) for agricultural companies purchased machinery from UAH32 mn up to UAH270 mn, with UAH70 mn to be provided at cost of State Budget General Fund and UAH200 mn at cost of State Budget Special Fund.
2006 State Budget presently stipulates agricultural machinery 30% compensation allocation as much as UAH32 mn (to be allotted from Budget Special Fund).
VR had established 2006 Agrarian-Industrial Complex UAH7.327 mn financing.
