Most credits have been obtained by farmers from Mykolaiv, Cherkasy, Ternopil and Vinnytsia regions. Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Poltava regions are actively working in this direction.
The Ministry of Agrarian Policy has also reported: due to the fact that the farmers have proved themselves to be responsible borrowers, if necessary banks make concessions and prolong credits obtained during the past years.
