Margarines and confectionery
The study highlights the Ukrainian market for margarines and confectionery butter. Confectionery production in Ukraine recently entered its recovery period. Technological processes of this industry demand large amounts of high-quality margarine and confectionery butter. Yet, domestic industry is not able to completely satisfy demand of confectionery enterprises for this commodity. This apparently encourages weighty imports of margarine and confectionery butter. Report will be of interest for both producers of the commodity and its traders.
