Sunflower
Within this week Ukrainian sunseeds export trade was rather slack, so export price was just declarative. As of this week, sunseeds export price equaled to US$425 per MT (FOB Black Sea ports).
Sunoil, sun.pell
Within this week Ukrainian sunoil export market followed global market tendencies.
As of this week, Ukrainian crude sunoil export prices have somewhat grown (up US$12 per MT against last week). In meanwhile, market participants say within this year Mar-Apr crude sunoil export FOB basis prices will reach US$875–880 per MT (demand)/US$885–890 per MT (offer).
Within this week domestic sunoil market prices remained UAH6,900–7,100 per MT, unchanged against previous week.
As of this week, Ukrainian sun.pell export market was characterized with prices growth
(mainly due to Belarus demand activation). Thus, this week DAF Belarus basis prices have risen to US$210–220 per MT (DAF Poland basis prices ranged within US$185–200 per MT).
Within this week domestic sun.pell market prices conjuncture was characterized with slight growth.
In Jan 2010, Ukraine produced 268,720 MT crude sunoil (down 13,620 MT against Dec 2009/up 13% as of Jan 2009).
Since this MY beginning (Sept/09-Jan/10) Ukraine has produced in total 1,235.520 MT crude sunoil, up 25% against last MY similar.
In Jan 2010, Ukrainian crude sunoil export declined to 147,080 MT, down 42% against Dec 2009.
Since this MY beginning (Sept/09-Jan/10) Ukrainian crude sunoil export totaled 909,080 MT (for total US$653,080 mn); main importing countries were India (23% total Ukrainian export), Egypt (18%), Iran (9%) and Netherlands (8%).
Due to Jan 2010 export decline, Ukrainian crude sunoil unsold reserves have grown to 210,000–230,000 MT.

Rape
Within this week domestic rape market prices were going down. As of this week, prices fluctuated within UAH2,700–2,950 per MT (EXW); 1 class food rape prices ranged within UAH3,000–3,100 per MT (CPT port), 2 class technical rape prices were UAH2,900–3,000 per MT (CPT port).
It is to be admitted, within this week rape prices were declining mainly due to Ukrainian export activity lowering.
Soybeans
Within this week domestic soybeans market prices were going up; prices have reached UAH3,550–3,800 per MT, EXW.
As of this week, soy.pell market prices remained relatively stable. Soybeans meal (protein 39%) prices ranged within UAH4,000–4,400 per MT.
